Okawville Agricultural Products Fair

Exhibit Schedule

2023 entries will be accepted from 3:00-8:00 pm on Friday and 7:00-8:30 am on Saturday. Large Exhibit Hall opens Saturday at 2:00 pm and Sunday at 4:00 pm.

Exhibits and Premiums

Total Premiums offered for 2023 - $6,444

(Premiums subject to change due to State Funding)

Okawville offers Washington County residents participation in the following Departments:

  • Department J - Agricultural Products​

  • Department K - Horticulture​

  • Department L - ​Floriculture

  • Department M​ - Domestic Arts

  • Department N - ​Education and Natural History

  • Department O - ​Culinary

  • Department P - ​Junior Agriculture & Home Economics

All entries must be removed no later than Monday, September 18, between 8 - 10 AM or they will become property of the Fair Association.
